Working closely in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of AHL, the Community Development and Engagement Executive plays an active role to meet AHL overall strategic objectives , current and future partnership with the community to co-create an eco-system to empower Persons with Dementia to Live well.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and publicity of the AHL’s niche services in dementia care , engage and enthuse strategic community partners, volunteers, and donors to co-create and champion the cause supporting the strategic intents and quality services of AHL which include.
- Enhance presence of AHL in and out of Singapore.
- Build connections and market niche services in innovative dementia field of AHL.
- Inspire strategic partners to co-create a sustainable eco-system for the whole continuum of dementia care.
- Strategic recruitment, training, co-ordination to grow a pool of informed volunteers for various initiatives in and out of AHL
- Manage recognition and appreciation to strategic partners, volunteers, and donors.
- Planning and co-facilitate outings for Residents and host visits to the Lodge.
- Maintain a database of strategic partners, volunteers, and donors to enhance stakeholder intelligence.
Requirements:
- Degree or a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Social Enterprise, Mass Communication or equivalent
- Matured, resilient, creative, excellent inter-personal skills and hungry to learn with a strong mission to serve
- Dynamic, resourceful, a self-starter, able to write strategically, excellent problem-solving skills and able to work independently
- Able to attend to events outside normal working hours when needed
