Key Responsibilities:
At the beginning stage, you will start by supporting the Human Resources team to understand the foundational aspects of the company's operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Help organize employee training and development programs.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities (e.g., events, surveys, recognition programs).
HR Operations:
- Support in managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
- Help with HR compliance and documentation.
Performance Management:
- Assist in tracking employee performance and maintaining performance records.
- Collaborate with the HR team on developing employee appraisal frameworks.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day tasks.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest and foundational understanding of blockchain technology, Web3, and cryptocurrencies will be a plus.
