Job Description:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems/ devices.
- Diagnose and provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
- Assist in the calibration, alignment and preventive maintenance of machine parts to ensure proper functionality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staffs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance, inspection, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and company safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Monitor materials and spare parts inventory for replenishment of stocks.Assist in additional projects as needed.
- Other duties / tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· Possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
· Min 5 years of relevant working experience and knowledge.
· Able to maintain self-motivation to overcome challenging tasks.
· Independent and self-driven individual.
· Team player with good interpersonal skills.
· Able to work after office hours or during weekend/public holiday.
