Job Description
- Responsible for analyzing and evaluating current systems and work processes
- Identifies areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to improve operations efficiency, productivity and cost savings
- Documents processes, procedures and work instructions
- Responsible for downstream production and resources planning
- Prepare monthly reports for management meeting
- Perform other work related tasks as and when assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
- Preferably 5 years of related work experiences
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to solve problems and address root causes
- Committed, good team player with strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capability
- Ability to be self-motivated and work effectively with minimal supervision
