About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Network Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge network solutions. You’ll troubleshoot technical challenges, support pre-sales activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and deliver workshops to empower our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver future-ready network solutions that align with customer needs and goals.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including Low-Level Designs, Migration Plans, and User Guides.
- Provide pre-sales support by offering technical expertise during RFP and solution discussions.
- Resolve escalated project issues affecting timelines, deliverables, or quality.
- Deliver technical workshops and training to enhance customer knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies to maintain service excellence.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: 3–5 years in network, wireless, or security projects.
- Certifications: CCNA or CCNP (CCIE is a plus).
- Technical Skills:Networking expertise (e.g., Cisco Catalyst, Fortinet, Palo Alto, BGP, VLAN, ISE).
Familiarity with tools like SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and PRTG.
Experience with Linux/Unix, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V).
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a bonus.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.
