MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The key strategist that drives the company’s sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plan(s) that expands company’s customer base and brand market presence.
- Ensure smooth running of daily sales operations and optimal manpower utilisation through strategic planning, organising, leading, and management of available resources.
- Build progressive and mutually benefiting relationships with clients.
- Lead strategy review sessions with sales team to assess efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a good understanding of industry dynamics, trends and competitive insights.
- Monitors the team’s activity logs through the CRM system to ensure that all project progress and client records are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to successfully drive marketing campaigns and promote the brand through relevant programmes and activities to build a strong brand image for the company.
- Present monthly sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to improve sales performance by setting goals and providing tailored, structured recommendations.
- Prepare and lead training sessions to share best market practises to enhance team performance and productivity.

- This is a senior managerial position that offers an experienced sales the opportunity to hone and demonstrate excellent leadership qualities by leading and managing a results-driven team. On top of providing active mentorship to fellow Account Executives, the ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent knowledge of market trends through the implementation of successful sales strategies that ultimately translates into brand credibility and brand loyalty.
