MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire and develop sales opportunities through combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Diligently follow up and close sales opportunities.
- Facilitate the smooth flow of information from client enquiry to order purchase, going above and beyond to ensure the excellent delivery of product and service that meet/exceeds client expectations.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
- Conduct sales presentation to new clients and refreshers for existing ones.
- Attend to client feedbacks and complaints, providing prompt solutions to resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction.
- Negotiate agreements and keep up-to-date records of sales and client data.
- Explore and attend internal and external networking events, trade shows and product exhibitions to establish and understand market’s perception of brand image.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for internal review.

- This is a junior executive position that offers the opportunity to develop basic executive skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn how to manage an entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to securing deals. As a sales representative, he/she is expected to be knowledgeable about the product and services that the company offers to efficiently attend to client enquiries, in addition to fostering positive and lasting relationships with potential prospects in efforts to help the company’s client base grow.
