Key Responsibilities:

· With a primary role in delivery management, you will be responsible for the project technical delivery and quality assurance of the team’s delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. You will partner closely with the group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.

· Lead and mentor a team of technology Microservice professionals focused on customer onboarding.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables as per the roadmap/agreed scope.

· Candidate is required to work very closely with Cross-functional teams and ensure the microservice modules/SDM documents are delivered on time with quality.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery results.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Candidate must be able to apply good working knowledge of project procedures, workflows, and milestones to complete projects assigned.

· Partner with solution and enterprise architects to deliver technical innovations in support of emerging business needs.

· Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications

· Good to have the knowledge in SDM Process, esp infrastructure preparedness and coordination with cross division teams.


Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

· At least 15 + years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· Past technical and delivery experience, preferably in a retail banking or wholesale or business banking environment.

· Have managed team size between 5 and 10

· Experience in SDLC/ Agile delivery (SCRUM)

· Directly lead and manage a team of technical teams.

· Understand and adhere to bank process such as project governance, change control management etc...

· Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deployment queues with other teams in the bank.

· Strong organizational and leadership skills.

· Ability to adapt to in an environment where requirements change rapidly.

· You must be the experienced developer, with good experience in system integration/interfacing.

· You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.

· Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.

· Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.

· You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.

· You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

· PMP Certified

· Java Certified

· VM Infrastructure awareness

· Good to aware on UOB TDM Process
