Job Responsibilities:
· Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and trends to deliver insights that support informed decision-making.
· Assist in the creation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for business units.
· Collaborate with Logistics teams to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business units in meeting financial targets.
· Provide financial guidance, analysis, and recommendations to support sales opportunities, pricing strategies, capital investments, and business cases.
· Performing of financial analysis and market research
· Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and other key information to stakeholders.
· Identify financial risks and opportunities, and create strategies to mitigate risks while maximizing opportunities.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within business units.
· Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to enhance business performance.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies that align with the organization’s financial objectives.
· Establish strong relationships with Logistics business unit leaders, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
· Engage with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, regulatory bodies, and board members, to ensure transparency and accountability in financial matters.
· Adhoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 7 years of relevant finance duties
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
