Project Engineer

We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and targets.

• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

• Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, including software, electrical, and mechanical engineers.

• Manage the site implementation process and coordinate all phases of the project work to ensure the smooth implementation of the site.

• Assist with project procurement management.

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

• Conduct risk assessments for projects, proposing mitigations and actions to keep projects on track.

• Support the project manager in the creation of project proposals, templates, schedules, and briefs.

• Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all project members have access to necessary information.

• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• To plan and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of project.

• To carry out on-site testing and commissioning of systems, prepare operation manuals, etc.

• To provide technical support and user training to end-users.

• To carry out maintenance and support services to existing customers.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical or related field.

• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

• Experience in the field of robotics or other high-tech industry preferred.

• Ability to work with diverse teams and mediate conflicts.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and will be instrumental in the success of the Robotics team's projects. This role requires a team player with robust project management skills, a passion for technology, and an innovative mindset.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills on technical level.

• Some basic software programming knowledge would be an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
