Overview:
Our client is looking for a talented Communications Assistant to join their dynamic team! If you have a flair for storytelling and a passion for digital media, this is the perfect role for you. As a Communications Assistant, you will play a vital role in showcasing innovative works and achievements through engaging content across various digital platforms.
Resposibilities:
- Ideate, develop and produce videos, visuals and other multimedia content for the School’s various digital and social media channels eg Facebook and Instagram
- Design work for EDMs, social media content
- Upload content onto the School’s social media platforms and websites
- Coordinate photo and video shoots and recces
- Coordinate the editorial and production of publications and other printed collaterals
- Media monitoring, social media listening as required
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in media related field is preferred
- Good writing skills for website and social media text copies, copyediting
- Adept at managing social media platforms and Wordpress
- Able to design simple infographic or electronic mailers, or work with existing design templates
- Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Ability to handle still photography, video filming and carry out film editing is a plus.
