Location: Changi
Responsiblities:
• To ensure the smooth operation of the project in areas such as logistics, transport, office equipment, stationeries, PPE, incoming and outgoing correspondences, etc.
• To assist in human resource and staff welfare matters for the Personnel, including collation of timesheet for the Personnel.
• To provide secretariat and administrative functions for the Personnel.
• Any other duties deemed necessary by OIC
Qualifications & Experience:
a. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in general administrative duties;
b. Minimum of “O” levels certificate or equivalent;
c. Good general administrative skills; knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferred;
d. Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems
