Location: Changi
Responsiblities:
1. Manage incoming/outgoing project records
2. Utilize LTA's Insight document control system
3. Duplicate and distribute documents
4. Facilitate timely document review and approval
5. Control documentation throughout project life cycle
6. Maintain organized document management system
7. Track documents and correspondences
8. File and archive documentation
9. Support Change Control and Document Control processes
10. Prepare final as-built documentation

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in registry and document management. He/she shall have strong communication skills, both written and spoken;
2. Possess a minimum of “O” levels certificate or equivalent;
3. Good document control skills; knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferred;
4. Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems;
5. Prior experience with Project Information Management and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
