Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, staff, and external parties in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address and resolve inquiries or issues from employees at all levels.
- Provide support to staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing schedules, and maintaining office records.
- Foster a welcoming, service-oriented environment as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- GCE O-Level, A-Level, Diploma (in any discipline), or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., receptionist, office administrator, customer service).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in Mizo or Burmese (Myanmar) is required.
- Service-oriented with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
