Job Description:
- Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation
- Daily tracking of inbound shipments and coordination with service providers
- Attend to internal stakeholders’ shipment status and establish export freight rates
- Assist the service team in the import and export of repaired items
- Knowledge of shipping, custom-related issues, port operations, and freight rates negotiation
- Liaising closely with various forwarders for shipment confirmation and shipment arrangements
- Follow up and advise customers on shipment status
- Able to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Input data and generate reports
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- O' Level or above, preferably specialized in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Work independently and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Good communication and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
