- Greets and welcome all customers waremly in friendly manner, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers; explain our coffee menu and answer questions effectively
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, light food preparation
- Competently prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, maintaining supplies, pastries, sandwiches, cake and cookies, specialty drinks for coffee bar
- Maintaining store cleanliness (dine-in area, display shelves, work area, cutlery)
- Knowledge of handling POS systems and various payment processing methods
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the service/F&B industry
- Friendly service, driven and passionate about work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times
- Self-driven and possess good learning attitude
- Independent and able to multi task
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Must be able to work overtime, as needed
