Job Responsibilities:
- Recording Transactions:
- Maintain accurate records of all income, expenses, and transactions in accounting software or ledgers.
- Categorize expenses and reconcile accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements with internal records.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve errors.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable:
- Track invoices and payments.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on overdue payments.
