JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gather and compile data from diverse sources, including databases, surveys, and reports, to create a comprehensive view of performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives
- Utilize statistical tools and software to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear findings
- Prepare and present insightful reports based on data analysis to stakeholders at all levels
- Create compelling visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively illustrate key findings and support decision-making
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance business performance and drive growth
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Work closely with team members to enhance data collection methods and improve overall analysis processes
- Support ongoing projects by delivering data-driven insights that inform strategies and initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance analytical techniques and tools
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
