Account Executive (4 Months Contract)
Responsibilities:
● Update and record accounting transactions including invoices generation on ERP
● Generate monthly statement of accounts of customers
● Perform reconciliation of customers’ and Supplier ‘outstanding payments
● Work with Customer Service team to resolve billing disputes, discrepancies, and queries
● Prepare, examine and analysis account records, financial statements, and other financial reports to provide strategy for growth.
● Prepare and handle full sets of account (Accounting, Financial Statements, Tax, Consolidation, Reconciliation, Financial Planning, Credit Control, Invoicing, Data Entry, Accruals and Audit)
● Prepare monthly AR/AP aging analysis, collection forecast and relevant provisions
● Maintain inventory record
● Submit quarterly GST and ensure timely completion of the annual audit and tax return
● Handling Petty cash claim, daily Cash flow and liaise with bankers for Bank Transactions, annual reviewing, Forex buying and other banking issues.
● Liaising with external auditors for yearly audit, tax agents, regulatory authorities, corporate secretaries, and handling for government survey.
● Perform other duties and assist with other financial function as required
Requirements:
● Possess Degree in Accounting
● Have relevant experience in financial Statements
● Strong written and oral communication skills
● Team player and adaptable to changes
● Self-motivated, positive attitude, Independent
● Has the initiative to take up challenges and resolve issues
