JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions
- Ensure new employees complete all required paperwork and understand company policies and procedures
- Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement activities and training sessions
- Assist with special HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and performance reviews
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
