Your Roles
- Manages all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build-out
- Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
- Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality
- Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings
- Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures
- Drive safety and sustainability
The Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' of relevant project site experience
- Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams
- Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving
- Be prepared to work on-site on a rotating shift schedule
