- Assist in coordinating business meetings, events and managing corporate gifts inventory
- Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel including booking of air ticket, hotel room, visa application and etc
- Responding to all incoming client's enquiries from social media platform such as Whatsapp/Wechat
- Prepare and edit business documents, reports, and presentations
- Involves in GeBIZ tenders
- Data entry and maintenance of client databases
- Provide general administrative support to the business development team
- Perform other tasks to support business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated with at least three (3) years of relevant experience
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently, prioritize daily workload and strong follow-through skills
