Assistant Accountant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring data integrity.
- Support in processing invoices, payments, and collections; manage reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly closing processes, and providing data for audits.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, assist in audit preparations, and maintain organized financial documentation.


Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related role preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
