Work Week: 5 days (9am - 6pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare tender bids for submission
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
- Review and understand all drawings and specifications
- Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with company standards and building contract law
- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties
- Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
- Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and prepare cost analysis / cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value
- Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc
- Other related duties assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in ID field
- Experience in full interior fit-out projects
