- Assist in annual operating plans and target for the department.
- Review sales & expenses budgets and evaluate periodically of the performance of the department and takes corrective actions as and when required.
- Working closely with operation department to ensure smooth and timely execution and achieve excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts with clients.
- Communicate with customer for the deployment of machines related issue.
