JOB DESCRIPTION
• provide administrative, operational and secretarial support
• manage data entries and liaise with bookkeeper monthly for accounts
• handle freight & logistics matters
• maintaining office supplies
• processing of staff claims
• assist in work pass services
• manage company’s vehicle season parking, insurance and inspection for road tax renewal
• ad-hoc duties when required
REQUIREMENT
• minimum 1 year experience in administrative field
• must be organised, proactive, responsible and able to work as a team
• must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero
• must be bilingual in English and Mandarin due to nature of business associates
