Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the floor staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
- Customer Experience: Uphold brand’s standards of luxury service by ensuring exceptional customer experiences, addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the Café Manager, kitchen staff, and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of consumables and supplies, ensuring availability during operations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards as required by local regulations and brand's policies.
- Reporting: Assist the Café Manager with operational reports, including sales performance, staff scheduling, and customer feedback.
- Brand Representation: Embody brand’s values and commitment to excellence in every aspect of the role.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium café environments.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to handle high-profile customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining quality and ensuring compliance with luxury brand standards.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
