● Direct reports to the Senior Manager.
● Present, promote and sell logistics products/services to prospective customers.
● Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
● Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing ect.
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
● Analyse market’s potential, trends, track sales and status report, provide regular market insights and updates to the management team.
● Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer's quotation and orders.
