Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, line managers, and the production team to set production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Produce high-quality scanned or printed documents according to customer specifications.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, considering technical needs, workload, and delivery timelines to optimize departmental productivity.
- Support mail delivery within designated locations when printing/scanning operations are not in progress.
- Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, anticipating needs where possible.
- Maintain accurate daily logs for print, mail, and courier tasks, updating records in client systems using email or Excel.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting the services offered.
- Assist the Document Services Manager/Team Leader in implementing service improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum N-Level or ITE qualifications with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a document services environment.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear advice and address potential issues effectively.
- A customer-centric approach with a responsible and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
