Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support in payroll processing and other administrative financial tasks.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimally 2 years of experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
