Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador at The 1872 Clipper Tea Co., you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing our brand values with pride.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain a smart and well-groomed appearance to align with the professional image of the brand
• Achieve sales targets by recommending merchandise to suit the needs of our customers.
• Ensure that all merchandise are properly displayed
• Order takings, prepare and serve beverages
• Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the retail area and tea bar counter are always kept neat and clean
• Handle the POS system and ensure the accuracy of all transactions
• Prepare daily store opening and closing with update of daily sales to HQ according to SOP
Requirements:
• F&B or bubble tea experience preferred
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin as needed to deal with Chinese customers
• Enjoys being around people with a warm personality
• Detail oriented and organised
• Highly motivated team player, self-starter and willing to learn
• Applicants with Basic Food Hygiene license will have an advantage
Compensation
Full time – salary ranges from $2,200 to $2,600 plus good commission
Part time – hourly rate from $9 onwards, depending on experience and skillset
