Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the transfer of projects from the Japan headquarters to the ASEAN region.
- Perform demand planning based on customer requirements and forecasts.
- Optimize inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to coordinate deliveries.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on actual and forecasted figures to suppliers and the Japan HQ.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customer products and supply chain processes.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, purchasing, or material planning within the electronics or semiconductor sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese is essential for effective coordination with Japan HQ.
