Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and back-office support to the project team.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and related documentation.
- Source materials and manage procurement activities.
- Create and manage purchase orders and quotations.
- Coordinate and track project progress.
- Respond to client inquiries and complaints, attend site meetings, and assist with project handovers as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documents, correspondence, and emails.
Requirements:
- Experience in project planning
- At least 1 year of experience
- Experience in office fit-out project at advantage
