Job Description
- Order taking and processing of Wet Market, Supermarket and/or Food Service customers' orders
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback
- Customer Account servicing
- Update pricing and allocation of stock in ERP system
Job Requirements
- Min O Level with 2 years similar experience
- Meticulous and organised individual
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Mandarin language essential due to product (pork) and customer base.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Microsoft Dynamic (Navision) knowledge will be an advantage
- Able to work on Public Holidays and Saturday
- Alternate Saturdays (9.00am to 6.00pm)
