Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:

· Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospects through various sales channel

· Client Relationship Management: Manage client professionally to ensure seamless client onboarding, build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

· Documentation: Consolidate and verify documents required from clients for various processes.

· After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain ongoing client relationships.

· Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.

· Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities to support overall sales & marketing functions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.

· Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.


Qualifications and Requirements:

· Min. 1 year of relevant working experience.

· Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification.

· Proven track record of success in B2B sales

· Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.

· Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Employee Remuneration and entitlements:

- Basic Salary (commensurate with experience)

- Performance Incentive (subject to meeting sales KPI)

- Working hour: 9am to 530pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 12.30pm (Saturday-Work from Home)
