Job Description
· Handling full sets accounting for the company, timely submission of the monthly closing report to management with analysis and respond immediately to the management if any.
· Perform basic HR function for the company such as recruitment, induction & on-boarding, performance management, compensation & welfare and insurance for the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Accounting
· Handling full set accounts
· Year End Audit
· Bank reconciliation
· Update labor & other revenue in sales summary as requested by management
· Liaise with supplier/ customer on the dispute invoice issue
· Prepare vendor reconciliation & payment schedule
· Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation
· Monthly salary and overtime claim preparation
· Filing on employer and employee income tax
· Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned
· Human Resource
· In charge on recruitment for the new employee and the internship student
· Induction & on-boarding for the new join
· Performance management review
· Employee compensation & welfare (Example: warning letter/confirmation letter/ increment and promotion letter)
· Renewal on insurance for the employees (Example: WICA/ FWMI/ corporate insurance)
· Submission & renewal for employee work pass
· Update leave and MC record
· Preparing & submission for CPF
Requirements
· Knowledge
· 5years and above working experience in related field
· Knowledge in accounting skills and sensitive with number
· Basic knowledge for Human Resources
· Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
· Skills
· Good command in English & writing skills
· Organize & systematic with strong skills with number
· Good working knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
