Construction Project Coordinator/ Engineer
Location: Blk 1050 Eunos Ave 7
Working hour: 5.5 Days/week
-Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
-Saturday 8am to 12:30pm
Annual Leave: 14 days
Salary + AWS+ Bonus based on company performance

Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to prepare quotation with accurate costing upon customer request.
- Able to work independently with Sub-Contractor, Customer to resolve site issues
- Prepare tender submission;handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- To attend site meeting /assessment whenever is required
- Know drawing, Autocad and basic QS software
- Lead project planning and oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Monitor site progress and take proactive measures to address any issues affecting project timelines.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget, with effective cost control and resource utilization.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members effectively.
- Identify potential issues, troubleshoot operational problems, and evaluate project effectiveness.
-Safety Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with the latest safety regulations, WSH Act provisions, and both organization and governmental safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, assess risks, and recommend risk control measures.
- Mentor the team by establishing safety guidelines, providing advice, and supervising adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk control measures, proposing improvements where necessary.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants on all project-related matters, including attending site meetings as needed. - Ensure site teams, including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and workers, comply with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Quantity Surveying (QS) department to award subcontracts and support technical proposal submissions for tenders.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and support other teams as required.
- Coordinate closely with the client to meet safety and quality specifications consistently.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with authority submissions and regulatory requirements.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and team management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Other Requirements: Valid driving license and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
