We are seeking a skilled Payments Business Analyst with expertise in financial payment systems, including RTGS, GIRO, and SWIFT, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment processing, system integration, and business analysis, capable of bridging technical solutions with business needs to optimize payment operations.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or payments industry.
Proven experience with payment systems, including RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement), GIRO, and SWIFT messaging standards.
Strong understanding of payment clearing and settlement processes.
Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX message formats is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, and project management software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PSD2 or other relevant payment frameworks.
Hands-on experience with payment processing platforms and integration projects.
Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or related credentials.
