Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and market expansion in designated countries
Ownership of P&L of new business; drive top line revenues while optimizing bottom line expenses
Work closely with the Product team to understand user journey and develop a product vision
Drive the Commercial and Ops team to ensure key priorities are met
Balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress and high achievement across multiple KPIs metrics
Liaise closely with regional teams and with other markets to understand best practices and tailor it to local needs
