Grab for Business is the B2B team within Grab that simplifies business transportation and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We engage with a wide network of companies across the region and want to ensure that client success is paramount at Grab.

Get to Know the Role

You will refine strategies with the key account managers in Grab for Business Singapore team to grow top customers portfolio.

As a Sales Development Representative at Grab for Business, you will increase growth through thoughtful outreach, identify new sales opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationship.

Your internship runs from January to May 2025 and you will be fully onsite at Grab HQ.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will use Salesforce to conduct cold outreach, qualify new sales opportunities, and secure meetings between potential customers and key account managers.
  • You will seek new business opportunities and expand our customers while building long-lasting relationships with clients and other teams.
  • You will develop an understanding of Grab's business solutions to better serve customers and validate their needs.
  • You will analyse data using CRM and internal tools to shape account-specific growth strategies and aid key account managers.
  • You will participate in Grab for Business team meetings, projects, and discussions, contributing to strategic programmes and collaboration efforts.
