JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting company culture
- Handle HR documentation, including contracts, benefits enrollment, and employee records
- Support performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans to ensure employee growth and alignment with company goals
- Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and professional development
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining HR compliance across all functions
- Compile HR reports and analyze data to track employee metrics, turnover, and engagement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
