JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
- Develop creative content, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies
- Support efforts to increase brand visibility and recognition through strategic marketing initiatives
- Implement SEO strategies and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and engagement
- Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and creating content to build community and brand loyalty
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content marketing
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset for content creation
