Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Engagement: Take ownership of customer interactions, assist with inquiries, provide tailored product recommendations, and ensure a memorable shopping experience that drives loyalty.
· Sales Operations: Accurately handle transactions, including cash and card payments, while managing returns and exchanges with professionalism.
· Inventory Management: Oversee inventory restocking, conduct stock checks, and ensure products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
· Livestream Hosting: Host live broadcasts to showcase products, connect with viewers, and drive online engagement and sales with enthusiasm and confidence.
· Store Maintenance: Maintain the store’s visual appeal by ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflective of brand standards.
· Promotional Activities: Take initiative in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store events to boost traffic and sales.
· Reporting: Monitor and track sales performance, provide actionable feedback on customer preferences and market trends, and suggest business improvements.
Skills Required:
