Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and business-minded Retail Assistant to join our team. While this role starts as an assistant, our goal is to mentor and train you into becoming a high-performing sales professional with a deep understanding of retail operations and customer engagement. You will play a critical role in managing daily retail operations, engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience, and driving sales. Additionally, you will take charge of hosting live broadcasts to promote products, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and commitment to the success of the business.

Job Locations: Across Singapore, depending on where retail pop-ups are open

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Engagement: Take ownership of customer interactions, assist with inquiries, provide tailored product recommendations, and ensure a memorable shopping experience that drives loyalty.

· Sales Operations: Accurately handle transactions, including cash and card payments, while managing returns and exchanges with professionalism.

· Inventory Management: Oversee inventory restocking, conduct stock checks, and ensure products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.

· Livestream Hosting: Host live broadcasts to showcase products, connect with viewers, and drive online engagement and sales with enthusiasm and confidence.

· Store Maintenance: Maintain the store’s visual appeal by ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflective of brand standards.

· Promotional Activities: Take initiative in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store events to boost traffic and sales.

· Reporting: Monitor and track sales performance, provide actionable feedback on customer preferences and market trends, and suggest business improvements.

Skills Required:

· A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to take initiative and make decisions that benefit the business.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

· Sales and upselling expertise to maximize revenue opportunities.

· Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other retail tools.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Confidence in hosting live broadcasts and using live-streaming tools to engage and captivate an online audience.

· A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving business goals.

· Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle challenges effectively.
