PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup, configure and maintenance of computer hardware, network and systems.

• Troubleshoot and provide IT technical support to end-users on hardware, software and network and printers issues.

• Liaise with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.

• Manage the data protection and cyber security functions. Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance.

• Assists in procurement and documentation of IT assets.

• Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading of application software and system patches.

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services and environment, such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive etc, including user provisioning, licensing and other essential services.

• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security measures and policies, such as Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender and MFA.

• Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting and email support.

• Other duties as assigned by the management.
