We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, supervising crews of workers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Foreman will work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate activities, maintain safety standards, and provide direction and support to workers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a good understanding of construction processes and materials, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that workers follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to provide updates on project status and address issues as they arise.
- Resolve conflicts or issues that arise among workers or with clients or suppliers.
- Train new workers and provide guidance and support to existing workers.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor and material costs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction techniques and materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
