Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the marketing and development of company brands
potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency - Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability
- Set the team goals within the overall company's goals and objectives
- Cooperate with the team members to plan and execute on the brand strategies to achieve its the desired goals
- Manage team’s budget
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of management experience (training of subordinates, budget management, etc.) in any industry
- Excellent communication skill
- Proactive with good decision-making skills
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
[Advantage]
- Product development or marketing experience
- Knowledge in trading card games
- Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate with Japanese speaking internal & external parties and read documents in Japanese
- Public speaking skills
