about the job
- Origination and distribution of syndicated loan deals, supporting the team in identifying profitable deals to maximise profits.
- Assessing transaction feasibility, develop optimal pricing strategies, drafting term sheets, setting syndication timelines, and handling documents
- Maintain strong connections to seek out opportunities in the market and keep abreast of information on current or prospective borrowers.
- Collaborate with relationship managers in originating deals
about the manager / team
Part of a stable team, this role reports to the Team Lead.
skills & experience required
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance and Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in Loan Syndication in Corporate Banking
