Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Welcome and check-in customers and announce their arrivals.
- Oversee the Sales Executive turn system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
- Ensure display vehicles (both interior and exterior) are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
- Offer refreshments to customers as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Strong customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and people-oriented
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications and data entry
Other Information:
- Location: Queenstown
- 5 days work week, shift work (no graveyard shift)
- Salary up to $3300 (depends on experience) + Bonus
