Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to secure deals.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Assist in pitching new ideas and proposals to prospective clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts and event progress.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing updates to clients as needed.
Qualificiations:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Event Industry or Business Development
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of the local events landscape and industry trends.
