Desktop Support:
· Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installations, configurations, and upgrades.
· Maintain and monitor endpoint devices for optimal performance and reliability.
IT Security (Basic/ Secondary):
· Assist in the deployment and management of endpoint security solutions (e.g., antivirus, DLP, EDR).
· Perform regular patch management for operating systems and applications.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
· Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS) and IT asset management tools.
